Gayus Tambunan Resmi Ditahan Polisi - Nama Gayus Tambunan sudah tidak asing lagi kita dengar, belakangan ini namanya santer disebut sebagai makelar kasus (markus) pajak.

Setelah menjalani pemeriksaan lebih dari 12 jam di Mabes Polri, polisi akhirnya menahan Gayus Tambunan. Pegawai pajak golongan II-A ini akan mendekam di salah satu ruang tahanan Mabes Polri.

“Sudah.. sudah ditahan di Mabes Polri. Tolong jangan tanya itu lagi ke saya,” kata Kabareskrim Mabes Polri, Komjen Pol Ito Sumardi kepada wartawan di Mabes Polri, Jln Trunojoyo, Jakarta, Kamis (1/4/2010).

Pada kesempatan yang sama, Ito mengaku timnya tengah melakukan pendalaman atas aliran dana 24,6 miliar yang ada di rekening Gayus.

“Masalah dana yang sudah ada di rekening Gayus Tambunan itu harus dibuktikan dengan pembuktian terbalik, dan itu memerlukan waktu. Tolong beri kesempatan, nanti kalau kita sudah dapatkan hasilnya, akan dijelaskan oleh Pak Kadiv Humas,” tegasnya.

Ito menjelaskan, dana dari rekening tersebut dipastikan sudah banyak yang lari ke rekening lain.

“Sudah ada banyak larinya (aliran dana). Masing-masing yang menerima itu tentunya kita tanya, dalam kaitan apa dia menerima uang itu dari saudara Gayus,” tegasnya.

Gayus dijemput dari Singapura setelah buron selama sepekan. Dia diduga melakukan penilepan uang pajak sebesar Rp 28 miliar. Saat tiba di Jakarta, dia kemudian langsung diperiksa di Mabes Polri.

Kasus.. kasus.. Gayus seorang markus, menjabat suka main embat, diam-diam menyikat duit rakyat, sungguh bejat dia punya sifat, sepatutnya dia harus dipecat biar dirinya melarat. Bukan begitu gan..?

Comment: High possible to pay more dividend

2. Bank borrowings was redured to RM 22,332,000.00 at the end of 31 Dec 2009 compared to 55,193,000.00 at the end of 31 Dec 2008.
Comment: Good sign for company performance. Deth-to-cash ratio was improved, less possible facing financial crisis.

3. EPS increased to 13.51 sen at the end of 31 Dec 2009 compared to 4.42 sen at the end of 31 Dec 2008.
Comment: The price still drop which causes the PE become even smaller.

4. Although the revenue was reduced to RM 403,060,000.00(2009) compared to RM 564,558,000.00(2008), but gross profit was increased to RM 50,799,000.00(2009) compared to RM 38,310,000.00(2008).
Comment: The decrease in revenue was mainly due to the significantly
lower average prices of raw materials compared to the corresponding period in 2008 which translated to lower selling prices. Dalam posting ini saya akan menunjukkan cara membuat virus yang sederhana Menonaktifkan / blok port USB pada komputer (PC). Seperti biasa favorit saya menggunakan bahasa pemrograman C untuk menciptakan virus ini. Siapa pun dengan pengetahuan dasar bahasa C harus mampu memahami kerja program virus ini.

Setelah dijalankan virus ini akan segera menonaktifkan semua port USB di komputer. Akibatnya the'll tidak akan dapat menggunakan pena drive atau perangkat USB lainnya pada komputer. Source code virus ini tersedia untuk download. Anda dapat menguji virus ini pada komputer Anda sendiri tanpa khawatir karena aku juga diberi program untuk mengaktifkan kembali semua port USB.

1. Download file di komputer anda.

2. Berikut ini berisi 4 file.

* Block_usb.c (source code)
* Unblock_usb.c (source code)

3. Anda perlu kompilasi dukungan tersebut sebelum Anda dapat menjalankannya. Sebuah langkah-demi-langkah untuk mengkompilasi program C yang diberikan in my post - Cara Compile C Program.

3. Setelah penyusunan block_usb.c Anda mendapatkan block_usb.exe yang merupakan virus yang sederhana akan memblokir (disable) semua port USB di komputer atas eksekusi (double klik).

4. Untuk menguji virus ini, hanya menjalankan file block_usb.exe dan masukkan pena USB drive (thumb drive). Sekarang Anda dapat melihat bahwa pena drive Anda tidak akan pernah bisa terdeteksi. Untuk kembali mengaktifkan port USB hanya menjalankan unblock_usb.exe (Anda perlu untuk mengkompilasi unblock_usb.c) file. Sekarang masukkan pena drive dan itu harus terdeteksi.

5. Anda juga dapat mengubah ikon file ini agar terlihat seperti program yang sah. Untuk detail lebih lanjut tentang ini berarti saya posting - Cara Mengubah ikon dari sebuah file EXE (Langkah ini juga opsional).

Kanker Serviks - Penyakit Kanker Leher Rahim (Bag. 2)

Berapa lama masa pertumbuhannya? - Masa preinvasif (pertumbuhan sel-sel abnormal sebelum menjadi keganasan) penyakit ini terbilang cukup lama, sehingga penderita yang berhasil mendeteksinya sejak dini dapat melakukan berbagai langkah untuk mengatasinya. Infeksi menetap akan menyebabkan pertumbuhan sel abnormal yang akhirnya dapat mengarah pada perkembangan kanker. Perkembangan ini memakan waktu antara 5-20 tahun, mulai dari tahap infeksi, lesi pra-kanker hingga positif menjadi kanker serviks.

7. Benarkah perokok berisiko terjangkit kanker serviks? - Ada banyak penelitian yang menyatakan hubungan antara kebiasaan merokok dengan meningkatnya risiko seseorang terjangkit penyakit kanker serviks. Salah satunya adalah penelitian yang dilakukan di Karolinska Institute di Swedia dan dipublikasikan di British Journal of Cancer pada tahun 2001. Menurut Joakam Dillner, M.D., peneliti yang memimpin riset tersebut, zat nikotin serta "racun" lain yang masuk ke dalam darah melalui asap rokok mampu meningkatkan kemungkinan terjadinya kondisi cervical neoplasia atau tumbuhnya sel-sel abnormal pada rahim. “Cervical neoplasia adalah kondisi awal berkembangnya kanker serviks di dalam tubuh seseorang,” ujarnya.

8. Selain itu, siapa lagi yang berisiko terinfeksi? - Perempuan yang rawan mengidap kanker serviks adalah mereka yang berusia antara 35-50 tahun, terutama Anda yang telah aktif secara seksual sebelum usia 16 tahun. Hubungan seksual pada usia terlalu dini bisa meningkatkan risiko terserang kanker leher rahim sebesar 2 kali dibandingkan perempuan yang melakukan hubungan seksual setelah usia 20 tahun. Kanker leher rahim juga berkaitan dengan jumlah partner seksual. Semakin banyak partner seksual yang Anda miliki, maka kian meningkat pula risiko terjadinya kanker leher rahim. Sama seperti jumlah partner seksual, jumlah kehamilan yang pernah dialami juga meningkatkan risiko terjadinya kanker leher rahim.

Anda yang terinfeksi virus HIV dan yang dinyatakan memiliki hasil uji pap smear abnormal, serta para penderita gizi buruk, juga berisiko terinfeksi virus HPV. Pada Anda yang melakukan diet ketat, rendahnya konsumsi vitamin A, C, dan E setiap hari bisa menyebabkan berkurangnya tingkat kekebalan pada tubuh, sehingga Anda mudah terinfeksi.

9. Bagaimana cara mendeteksinya? - Pap smear adalah metode pemeriksaan standar untuk mendeteksi kanker leher rahim. Namun, pap smear bukanlah satu-satunya cara yang bisa dilakukan untuk mendeteksi penyakit ini. Ada pula jenis pemeriksaan dengan menggunakan asam asetat (cuka) yang relatif lebih mudah dan lebih murah dilakukan. Jika menginginkan hasil yang lebih akurat, kini ada teknik pemeriksaan terbaru untuk deteksi dini kanker leher rahim, yang dinamakan teknologi Hybrid Capture II System (HCII).

10. Bisakah dicegah? - Meski menempati peringkat tertinggi di antara berbagai jenis penyakit kanker yang menyebabkan kematian, kanker serviks merupakan satu-satunya jenis kanker yang telah diketahui penyebabnya. Karena itu, upaya pencegahannya pun sangat mungkin dilakukan. Yaitu dengan cara tidak berhubungan intim dengan pasangan yang berganti-ganti, rajin melakukan pap smear setiap dua tahun sekali bagi yang sudah aktif secara seksual, memelihara kesehatan tubuh, dan melakukan vaksinasi HPV bagi yang belum pernah melakukan kontak secara seksual.


11. Haruskah mengambil vaksinasi HPV? - Pada pertengahan tahun 2006 telah beredar vaksin pencegah infeksi HPV tipe 16 dan 18 yang menjadi penyebab kanker serviks. Vaksin ini bekerja dengan cara meningkatkan kekebalan tubuh dan menangkap virus sebelum memasuki sel-sel serviks. Selain membentengi dari penyakit kanker serviks, vaksin ini juga bekerja ganda melindungi perempuan dari ancaman HPV tipe 6 dan 11 yang menyebabkan kutil kelamin.

Yang perlu ditekankan adalah, vaksinasi ini baru efektif apabila diberikan pada perempuan berusia 9 sampai 26 tahun yang belum aktif secara seksual. Vaksin diberikan sebanyak 3 kali dalam jangka waktu tertentu. Dengan vaksinasi, risiko terkena kanker serviks bisa menurun hingga 75%. Ada kabar gembira, mulai tahun ini harga vaksin yang semula Rp 1.300.000,- sekali suntik menjadi Rp 700.000,- sekali suntik.


12. Apakah vaksinasi ini memiliki efek samping? - Vaksin ini telah diujikan pada ribuan perempuan di seluruh dunia. Hasilnya tidak menunjukkan adanya efek samping yang berbahaya. Efek samping yang paling sering dikeluhkan adalah demam dan kemerahan, nyeri, dan bengkak di tempat suntikan. Efek samping yang sering ditemui lainnya adalah berdarah dan gatal di tempat suntikan. Vaksin ini sendiri tidak dianjurkan untuk perempuan hamil. Namun, ibu menyusui boleh menerima vaksin ini.


13. Kalau sudah terinfeksi, bisakah disembuhkan? - Berhubung tidak mengeluhkan gejala apa pun, penderita kanker serviks biasanya datang ke rumah sakit ketika penyakitnya sudah mencapai stadium 3. Masalahnya, kanker serviks yang sudah mencapai stadium 2 sampai stadium 4 telah mengakibatkan kerusakan pada organ-organ tubuh, seperti kandung kemih, ginjal, dan lainnya. Karenanya, operasi pengangkatan rahim saja tidak cukup membuat penderita sembuh seperti sedia kala. Selain operasi, penderita masih harus mendapatkan terapi tambahan, seperti radiasi dan kemoterapi. Langkah tersebut sekalipun tidak dapat menjamin 100% penderita mengalami kesembuhan.

Kanker Serviks - Apa itu kanker serviks? Kanker yang dimaksud disini bukan KANtong KERing loh.. Kanker servik umumnya dikenal dengan penyakit kanker leher rahim, jenis penyakit ini banyak dialami oleh kaum hawa (wanita). Saat ini, kanker serviks menjadi penyebab kematian wanita nomor dua di dunia setelah penyakit jantung koroner. Namun dalam kurun waktu setahun ke depan diprediksi kanker leher rahim akan menjadi penyebab kematian wanita nomor satu, jika tidak dilakukan upaya deteksi dini dan pengobatannya. Menakutkan yach..?!

Di negara-negara berkembang seperti Indonesia, penyakit kangker serviks merupakan penyebab utama kematian. Di dunia, setiap dua menit seorang wanita meninggal dunia akibat kanker serviks. Jadi, jangan lagi memandang ancaman penyakit ini dengan sebelah mata. Waspadalah !

Berikut ada 13 hal yang wajib Anda ketahui tentang kanker serviks ini :

1. Apa itu kanker serviks? - Kanker serviks atau kanker leher rahim adalah jenis penyakit kanker yang terjadi pada daerah leher rahim. Yaitu, bagian rahim yang terletak di bawah, yang membuka ke arah liang vagina. Berawal dari leher rahim, apabila telah memasuki tahap lanjut, kanker ini bisa menyebar ke organ-organ lain di seluruh tubuh.

2. Seberapa berbahaya penyakit ini? - Badan Kesehatan Dunia (WHO) menyatakan, saat ini penyakit kanker serviks menempati peringkat teratas di antara berbagai jenis kanker yang menyebabkan kematian pada perempuan di dunia. Di Indonesia, setiap tahun terdeteksi lebih dari 15.000 kasus kanker serviks, dan kira-kira sebanyak 8000 kasus di antaranya berakhir dengan kematian. Menurut WHO, Indonesia merupakan negara dengan jumlah penderita kanker serviks yang tertinggi di dunia. Mengapa bisa begitu berbahaya? Pasalnya, kanker serviks muncul seperti musuh dalam selimut. Sulit sekali dideteksi hingga penyakit telah mencapai stadium lanjut.

3. Apa penyebabnya? - Kanker serviks disebabkan oleh virus HPV (Human Papilloma Virus). Virus ini memiliki lebih dari 100 tipe, di mana sebagian besar di antaranya tidak berbahaya dan akan lenyap dengan sendirinya. Jenis virus HPV yang menyebabkan kanker serviks dan paling fatal akibatnya adalah virus HPV tipe 16 dan 18. Namun, selain disebabkan oleh virus HPV, sel-sel abnormal pada leher rahim juga bisa tumbuh akibat paparan radiasi atau pencemaran bahan kimia yang terjadi dalam jangka waktu cukup lama.

4. Bagaimana penularannya? - Penularan virus HPV bisa terjadi melalui hubungan seksual, terutama yang dilakukan dengan berganti-ganti pasangan. Penularan virus ini dapat terjadi baik dengan cara transmisi melalui organ genital ke organ genital, oral ke genital, maupun secara manual ke genital. Karenanya, penggunaan kondom saat melakukan hubungan intim tidak terlalu berpengaruh mencegah penularan virus HPV. Sebab, tak hanya menular melalui cairan, virus ini bisa berpindah melalui sentuhan kulit.

5. Apa saja gejalanya? - Pada tahap awal, penyakit ini tidak menimbulkan gejala yang mudah diamati.
