Due to default setting, PPStream might not be able to display in Chinese or Mandarin in our Windows Xp. But it should not be a big problem. All you need to do is to change the language display option in your Windows for non-Unicode program. In this post, I am going to show you how to change your Windows Xp language service for non-Unicode program.
First of all, go to
Start
Control Panel
Regional And Language Options
Advanced
Next, in the "Advanced" window, select any kind of Chinese language, e.g. Chinese (PRC), in the Language for non-Unicode Programs box as shown below.
Last but not least, don't forget to restart / reboot your computer so the setting of your system can be updated.
Now, your PPStream should be able to display understandable language.
That's all for today. More fascinating articles and sharing will be updated from time to time in Xaivier Blog. Therefore, you are welcome to subscribe our feed, look at our sitemap or simply visit our Homepage.

Note:
1. You may required to try other type of Chinese language setting, such as Chinese (Singapure) etc, if the PPStream cannot launch as normal. Besides that, you need to reboot or restart your computer after changing the setting.
2. In order to display Chinese language at PPStream in your Windows Xp, you may required to install a Chinese language in your windows. In this case, Windows installer or CD is required to upgrade it. However, you should try the above procedure first since the language driver may be installed in your Windows Xp already.
