Free online learning tips: Learning English by using Youtube

English language is an international language. Proficient in English language give you many opportunity to know the people around the world as well as increase your competitive and market value in your career.

The questions are how to learn it, who is qualified to teach it, and its fee. As a student, I do not have many time and money to participle those so-called "smart learning in English" or "Guarantee Result English lesson".
