In my opinion it is more convenient to store these drayverpaki on a flash drive as a ZIP or RAR archives as well as Total Commanderie can search inside ZIP and RAR, and 7Z inside there.

Microsoft Windows Vista AIO RTM

Microsoft Windows Vista AIO RTM ENG (WIN32/WIN64) DVD/ISO 2011 | 4.42 GB

Windows Vista, the next generation OS from Microsoft is now RTM.
This DVD includes both the 32Bit and 64Bit versions of Vista on 1
DVD. It is bootable into either the 32Bit or 64Bit setup and will
allow you to install any of the versions of Vista listed below:

Windows Vista Home Basic (x86) or (x64)
Windows Vista Home Basic N (x86) or (x64)
Windows Vista Home Premium (x86) or (x64)
Windows Vista Business (x86) or (x64)
Windows Vista Business N (x86) or (x64)

You can also install Vista from another Windows via the autorun.
However please note that you cannot install/start the x64 Vista
setup from a 32bit/x86 Windows install, you must start it from an
x64 install of Windows.

OEM/Retail versions are all available on the DVD depending on the
type of key you enter.

Similar to our previous releases of Vista during the beta,
we are providing 1 key that will install Vista. In this case, the
key is an RTM universal key and will allow you to choose whichever
version of Vista you wish to install. The key will however not
activate Vista. The same key is also builtin to every Vista ISO by
MS for trial/quick install purposes.
For further info, see \sources\x86\sources\inf\setup.cfg on the ISO.

Therefore, that means you can also choose to install Vista without
a key by selecting Next during the cd-key prompt during Setup
without entering a key, then pressing No for the popup window. It
will make no difference to activation however and you will still
have a limited period of time to use it.

Since Windows XP, Microsoft has instituted Windows Product
Activation (WPA). This prevents any extended full usage of the
Product beyond the allotted time, determined at install. We are NOT
providing workarounds or ‘fixes’ for WPA. You are still required to
activate your software within this time. While we are aware of
possible workarounds in the wild that may work with Windows Vista,
we suggest keeping yourself out of trouble. Most release groups
will tell you, “if you like it buy it,” we say the same.

Note: When selecting the version of Vista to install during Setup,
you must select the type that corresponds to the architecture
you selected prior to the start of Setup. (ie. if you choose
the x64 Setup, you must select an x64 version from the list
of Vistas to install.)

Nukers-This must remain an ISO or it will not extract or boot.

Free Windows Antivirus Software: Microsoft Security Essentials

In this competitive world, providers try their best to fulfill and attract their customers in the market. Free side-products, such as free versions, free viewers and free scanners are used to promote their main software. Besides, it is also a good idea to provide some "free gift" to "reward"  their customers. Free Windows Xp Virtual Drives : Accessing ISO Images without Installation

Previously, I used to use Daemon Tools to assess ISO image files. However, it is not a free software. Therefore, I decided to put some afford to search a free software to do the same thing. Finally, I realized that, in fact, Microsoft has provided such free tool that called "Microsoft Virtual CD Control Tool". Without any hesitation, I download and test it immediately. Here is some sharing based on my experience toward this free tool.

Advanatages:
1. Green
You do not need to install it to your hard disk. In other words, you can use it directly after extract it to your desktop.

2. Small size
The size of file is only 59,6KB only

3. User-friendly
No more complicated instruction. All you need to do is:

Procedure:
1. Firstly, extract the .exe file. There are three files: readme.txt, VCdControlTool.exe, and VCdRom.sys.

2. Copy VCdRom.sys to your %systemroot%\system32\drivers folder.

3. Click On "VCdControlTool.exe" first, then Click On "Driver Control" to "Install Driver...". In fact, all you need to do is to select (install) VCdRom.sys file (from the location as stated at step 2).

4. Next, you can simply click on Add Drive to add as many virtual drives you want.

5. Finally, you can "Mount" any .ISO file to the virtual drive you have created just now.


Disadvantage:
1. Technically, no drawback is found. But if you really want to me find out one or two. I think the only disadvantage is you may forget where the files are since it is portable and does not be installed in your computer. Therefore, you need to figure out a place to store this software probably.

5 mythes to speed up Windows computer

There are too many myths in our Internet. Today, let's find out the fact behind these so-called tips to speed up Windows.

1. Go to Start -> Run -> type "prefetch", then delete all files in this folder...
Comment:
True or not? The answer is NO!!! Firstly, the question is, what is the function for "prefetch" folder in our Windows? According to Microsoft official webside,

"...Windows keeps track of the way your computer starts ... saves this information ... in the prefetch folder ... Windows refers to these files to help speed the start process. ... prefetch folder is self-maintaining ...no need to delete it .... If you empty the folder, Windows and your programs will take longer to open the next time you turn on your computer."

2. Go to Start -> Run -> type "regedit", then goto "HKEY_CURRENT_USER -> Control Panel -> Desktop"
After that, open the "MenuShowDelay" and change it from 400 to 0.
Comment:
Again, refer to the Microsoft official, this registry key is use to control the delay of the Start Menu Display. Personally, I believe this might not have any significance to affect the startup speed. It is because the 400 is in number of milliseconds. In other words, this tip will only speed up your computer about 0.4 second ONLY!!

3. Go to Start -> Run -> type "msconfig", then goto Startup and uncheck those unfrequent use program.
Comment:
Normally, I will just uncheck all program (exclude system program). Since the Windows will not open them in the next boot automatically, the startup speed of Windows is improved.

4. Go to Start -> Control Panel -> System, then goto Advanced -> Preformance settings.
After then, select "adjust for best performance"
Comment:
For this tip, personally, I believe it is workable and no harm to Windows. However, this tip is going to reduce the appearance effect of our Windows.

5. Start -> Run -> type "system.ini" . Then, put the below code in one line.
"
page buffer = 100000kbps load=100000kbps Download=100000kbps save=100000kbps back=100000kb
"
Comment:
So far, I still cannot figure what exactly the variable of "page" is in system.ini file. Therefore, this is still a myth...

PPStream: Display Chinese language at PPS in Windows 7

Due to default setting, PPStream might not be able to display in Chinese or Mandarin in our Windows 7. However, as Windows 7 users, it should be a peanut for you to show Chinese language at PPStream. All you need to do is to change the option of Region and Language in your Windows 7. In this post, I am going to show you how to change the option of Region and Language.

First of all, go to
Start
  Control Panel
    Clock, Language, and Regional
       Region and Language

Next, in the Region and Language window, select "Administrative", and then click on "Change system locale..."

After that, the "Current system locale:" should be changed to one of the Chinese language. (e.g. Chinese(Simplified, Singapore)) in the selection box.

Finally, do not forget to restart / reboot your computer.

This is a trouble for me to copy and paste a mandarin sentence in a notepad as a record in some computer because most of them was became something like below:

After do some searching, finally, I got a solution for this problem.
All you have to do is to change its font of the software to SimSun, no matter you are using Notepad, Open Office, Microsoft Office etc.

Windows Tips: Display special symbols|characters by using keyboard 2

Using the key-broad short-cut to create or type special characters and symbols will always impress your friends. Although the last article has shown how to enter ♡ , ® , ♣ etc by using your keyboard, it may not work if HTML function is disable. Therefore, an alternative way to avoid this problem is using Alt key with specific code number. All you need to do is press the Alt key and hold it down, then type in the specific code number accordingly.

Registered trademark ® is Alt + 0174;

Trademark Sign ™ is Alt + 0153;

Generic Currency ¤ is Alt + 0164;

Some symbols may not work due to the brand of key-pad are shown below:

1. Must use key-pad. Therefore, for laptop user, an external key pad is needed.

Windows Tips: Enter special symbols|characters by using keyboard

It is awesome if you can type various special characters or symbols such as ♡, ®, ♣ etc, by using your keyboard to impress other people in forum, blogger, facebook etc. It may be an everyone's secret unless you willing to discover it yourself. This post will show how to using your keyboard to type several popular special characters or symbols to impress your friends.

The procedure to display ♡ is shown below:

1. Enter "& # 9 8 2 5 ; "

2. Delete all the spaces between each characters.

3. reply your message.

Next,

Repeat the same procedure but with "& # 9 8 2 9 ; " then you will get ♥.

Nothing special but the HTML Number Code in western european “standard” keyboard (showing the latin alphabet). In other words, there are some other characters which might not see on the keyboard but can be generated by using specified code. For example a US keyboard will not show accented letters as used in French. A French keyboard will show accented letters common in French, but not accented letters used in Spanish.

Last but not least, you can just enter the code without any space between them then you will get those special characters or symbols directly. So, what is the different between character and symbol. As your information, technical people call them "character" due to the programming literature and non-technical people call them symbols. Symbol is more general term then character. Character is symbol but a symbol may not be a character necessary.

However, it may not work if HTML function is disable. Therefore, an alternative way to avoid this problem is using Alt key with specific code number. All you need to do is press the Alt key and hold it down, then type in the specific code number accordingly.

Windows Solution: Windows Installer Service could not be accessed

What is a "surprise" today. My Windows Xp sp3 is crashed. The error message "Windows Installer Service could not be accessed" is appeared whether I am trying to install or uninstall a software. After doing some researches, such as reinstall the update package, check it registry etc, finally, the solution for my Windows Xp is just two steps with two command lines:

1. Click Start, click Run, type MSIEXEC /UNREGISTER, and then click OK. Even if you do this correctly, it may look like nothing occurs.
2. Click Start, click Run, type MSIEXEC /REGSERVER, and then click OK. Even if you do this correctly, it may look like nothing occurs, or you may briefly see an hourglass. After you run this command, the operation is complete.

Change Hidden File to Visible File After Attacking by Virus (Windows Tips)

It is very troublesome when our pendrive or removable storage devices have been attacked by virus after plug-in to a "infected" computer. All files and documents in the removable storage device may seem "disappear" after all the virus has been removed by an anti-virus software. In fact, it is very rarely that "virus" will delete your file. Usually, "virus" will just hide your file or make it "invisible". In other words, the file is become a hidden file.

In order to get rid of this problem, this tutorial will show your how to convert a hidden file to a visible file, again, manually.

1. First of all, remove all the virus in the "infected" removable storage device.

2. Then, open your removable storage device and change the file option in order to see the hidden file.

3. Next, open a command box by follow the steps below:
                 Start 
                     Run...
                         type cmd (then, enter)

4. Finally, type "attrib -R -A -S -H " then "draw and drop" the hidden file to the command box and enter.

The hidden file will immediately become a visible file and continue to apply the same procedure to the rest of the files. (Please put a space between -H and your file.)

The format of this approach is "attrib -R -A -S -H drive:path:filename"

PPStream: Display Chinese language at PPS in Windows Xp

Due to default setting, PPStream might not be able to display in Chinese or Mandarin in our Windows Xp. But it should not be a big problem. All you need to do is to change the language display option in your Windows for non-Unicode program. In this post, I am going to show you how to change your Windows Xp language service for non-Unicode program.

First of all, go to
Start 
 Control Panel
   Regional And Language Options
     Advanced

Next, in the "Advanced" window, select any kind of Chinese language, e.g. Chinese (PRC), in the Language for non-Unicode Programs box as shown below.

Last but not least, don't forget to restart / reboot your computer so the setting of your system can be updated.

Now, your PPStream should be able to display understandable language.

Windows Tips: 10 steps to recover formatted or deleted data

I was very frustrated because the data in my personal pen-drive was deleted unconsciously by myself when I was trying to install new OS in my computer. It seemed quite impossible for me to recover them after the formating process. However, the data inside my pen-drive was very important to me. Luckily, I found a free and quite user-friendly program, testdisk.The procedure to recover the data in my formatted pen-drive is stated as below:

1. Download the free testdisk and extract it to your computer.

2. Launch the testdisk_win.exe program in the win folder.

3. Choose the size of disk which you had formatted.

4. Select "Analyse" to analyse it.

5. It may show nothing in your disk initially. Select "Quick Search" to retrieve your formatted or deleted data.

6. Select "N" (No) if you are sure that you did not use vista to format or delete your disk.

7. Change the "symbol" at the left hand side of the sentence to "P" (Primary) if you not sure if it is a boot-able disk. Note, all your data may permanent lose if you select "D", (Deleted).

8. Select "Write" to start recovering your data.

9. Confirm this process to start the recovery process.

10. Press enter and reboot or restart your computer now.

Solution for Error 0x0000007B, 0xF7802524... while install Windows Xp in laptop with FreeDOS for MSI CR600, MS-1683 laptop. I just brought a MSI CR600, MS-1683, FreeDOS based laptop yesterday. Instead of spending another 100 dollar to have Windows7 startup OS(operation system), I believe I am quite satisfy to the performance of Windows Xp and there is no point for me to try another new version OS. However, reality is always unpredictable. I was stuck while trying to install Windows XP. After spending one hour for troubleshooting, in the end, the solution are stated as below:

1. Make sure you have a bootable Windows XP installer.
2. Restart your computer and press "DELETE" to enter the BIO system.
3. In the BIO system, click "Advanced", then disable the AHCI.
4. Next, click "Boot", then select the "Boot Device Priority" and change the 1st boot option to [CD/DVD].
5. Exit the BIO system after save  it.
6. You computer should be able to load the Windows Xp installer, then just follow its step-by-step instruction.
