SEO tips: Add your site to Yahoo! Search Engine

Using the Yahoo! Site Explorer system to optimize your blog or website is definitely free and easy. It will add your site link to Yahoo search engine for free. I have had my blog about few years. But I still cannot search my site from Yahoo search engine. As you know, it will be very pitiful if your site link is not recorded in the famous search engine directory. Five steps here to boarden your point of view by using Yahoo! Site Explorer.

1. You should have a Yahoo! account and log in now.

2. Go to https://siteexplorer.search.yahoo.com/mysites to add your link to Yahoo!. Just type your own website or blog address on it and click "Add My Site" as shown below.

3. Lastly, you need to verify your site by either uploading a verification file to your site or adding a META tag to my home page. Click on either one option, then follow its instructions. Finally, don't forget to click "Ready to Authenticate" to verify your site.

Note: For those using blogspot and adding META tag method, you may need to modify the given META tag code by adding a "/" in its end before paste it to your site.
