Do you know the quantity plays an crucial role from personal development to businesses throughout the world. It just like any natural rule, unchangeable, undeniable and always exists regardless of your awareness and your belief. It is quite unbelievable for many people until their paradigm is shifted. Two example, business and English language, will be shared here to clarify the power of quantity.

Firstly, in business, the quantity can be in term of money, cash flow, market share, man power and so on. I believe so much there is a fine line to be reach in order to obtain such power or influence in business. You should have enough quantity in order to negotiate with your business partner or threaten your competitors. If you are serious about your business, you should put more effort on how to increase your quantity.

Next, why the English language become the most common language throughout the earth? Everyone is crazy about it in order to stand in "competitive". Even my blog is written in English while my mother tongue is Mandarin. It is because language is a popular and convenient tool for us to know, to share idea and knowledge, and to communicate with each others in order to avoid conflict and achieve win-win situation. Since the English has reached the fine line of language, it is quite hard for other people to promote or encourage majority in this earth to learn their mother tongue in order to form another "international language". Mandarin, however, will be an exception due to the quantity users in China.

In the nutshell, there may only less than one percent of each category can be over its fine line and become "out standing". For those miss the opportunity to be "out standing" in their category, to corporate and team working with each other will be the only way to survive and to prepare for next opportunity in the future.
